My message: As a counselor in the late 60's/early 70's, I have wonderful memories of lighthearted times and deeper, life-changing ones too. Such a joyful camp! Thank you for your ministry over the years and, with it, your impact on the life stories of so many.
Much grace to you,

My message: I miss Frontier a camper and counsellor, I will will NEVER forget the positive affect it had on me. The Munkittrick's were a real example of the Christian Life...Thank you for being so generous. The leaders were so dedicated and shared the Lord in a loving attitude. Hoping to visit the camp one day.

My message: I went to FL in the mid 80's (84-88 I think) and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. I am so glad to hear it is still going strong. Still remember who my favorite counselors were. Jujube, Sport, Jules.. and many more!(just can't remember the names) The songs, The drama classes, the arts & crafts, the swimming, tetherball were some of the highlights of my stay.

Congratulations FL for being there for todays kids!

My message: This camp is sooooooo... fun! It's an amzing place to hang out with friends, and end up doing some pretty cool activities. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate it... 10! I've been here for about 5 years now, and I've kept some friends through those years, and now go to school with them.

My message: I was saved at FL at the age of 11. It was the most memorable time of my life. I joined the Canadian Armed Forces at the age of 20, now retired, Living in Alabama raising poodles. I often sit here and think of those very special times, special friends. Camping and Canoe trips. Wish we could post pictures. Still have some of those old badges we earned. What a time.

Debbie Dawson, Dave Dawson, Gic, Sarge and many other, still think of you always.

May God continue to bless this camp and continue to touch the lives of all who go there.

My message: I went to this camp when I was about 9 years old, must have been 1990/91...somewhere around there. Well, 20 years later I just randomly thought about the camp again and thought I would look it up. I have always remembered my counselor named "Baloo" (after the Jungle Book character I presume). Anyways, she was great. Don't think I was the easiest child to work with because I had a big temper, but I remember her having lots of patience with me. Anyone else go there around the same time? Since then I have been involved at a camp near Ottawa called 'Golden Lake'. Fun times, glad that Frontier Lodge got me started on loving camp and loving Jesus!

My message: Hello friends of Fl. I was a camper for 10 yrs & then worked Maintenance for 3. 1965-78. Some of the best times of my life were spent there. My uncle Ron and aunt Jean Rublee were workhorses for the camp for many yrs. My uncle is having a Park/Rest area dedicated to him at the camp on Aug 7,2011. I'm so sorry i will not be able to attend but my prayers will be with everyone attending. Since finding this site i have been in touch with Woody Paulette who was a camper for many yrs at the time i was. Honestly i barely know the camp from the brochure i recived from my cousin Shirley. I have a copy of the FL book which has picture of my dad Reg in it in a really ugly bathing suit getup. I was so glad to be a part of the experience that will never be forgotten. Keep up the great work. be good and take care. scott

My message: Greetings, Frontier Lodgers!

It has been exactly 40 years to the day since my first night at camp at FL, but I remember it vividly. I spent 6 weeks there over 4 summers and it remains a fond memory. Ah, summer camp, in all its glory! It seems like an eternity away, especially since I have lived far from Quebec for decades, To those of you at FL now, enjoy every moment of this special place, with the fine folks who work there, and best wishes as you create your own wonderful memories. God bless!
