My message: Elizabeth,
This week and last week the newletter is double spaced and has lots of other space between pages. This week this results in 17 pages, with out all the extra space it is usually only 8 or 9 pages of printing.

How do I print it and eliminate all the air(space). Enjoy the letter much.

My message: I read your instructions to "Don" in today's Ask The Computer Lady" newsletter, which included the suggestion that he open his computer to find the manufacturer's name and part number for the motherboard. May remind you/your readers that there are several free programs available which can provide that information without resorting to breaking the inspection seal on the computer case, which could void the warranty. One example is BelArc Adviser.

My message: Enjoy all your newsletters & lessons, but for some reason the last two newsletters have come in Plain Text. The below paragraph always came in
with links to go to....not in these last two newsletters. What has happened? Are you no longer sending in HTML?

"If you find this information valuable, please pass it on to friends...."
NO LINKS.

My message: I enjoy your east to follow instructions! And I like it that your newsletter is short and to the point.
About the back up: I bought a "Click Free" for about $79 at one of the office stores or WalMart has them cheaper. It is one step! and that is PLUG IT INTO YOUR COMPUTER. That's it. No click no choosing no nothing. It backs everything up. Check it out.

Also about the data recovery. I got a free online program a couple of years ago. I can't find it now so it must not have made it to my new hard drive. But it recovered hundreds of pictures that I had mistakenly deleted on my camera. Just Google "RECOVERY" and maybe you can find it.

My message: Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I received my first email from you today sinceSEPT. I have missed you so much. I sent you BY MAIL about losing your tips when I changed from DSL to Wireless service just a few days ago. I don't know what I did but it doesn't matter now...you are back. Thank you again so much for all you do and for your patience. It was the best New Years news I could receive. I wish you a very blessed New Year too.

My message: HI, i just discovered this web sight and finding it very helpful. I am an 80 year old antique person and I have a Dell Computer with Windows XP. My problem is my e- mail and web pages are so far to the right on the monitor that I can't print information I want, without cutting part of it off. I have the resolution set at 1280 X 876 pixels and 32 bit, printing normal. DPI setting is 96. I really need help adjusting the pages.
Thank you so much.
